Jung, imagination & creativity workshop
Online interactive creative workshop, Monday June 9, 6.30pm-8.30pm GMT
One of the many things that excites me about Jungian psychology is the central role that creativity & imagination plays in transformational growth.
According to Carl Jung, creativity is less about having a gift and more about how we discover our gifts, while imagination is a bridge to the deeper truths of the creative unconscious.
To find out more, join me on Monday June 9th for an online interactive workshop in association with UK learning events organisation Seed Talks.
In this workshop you will be guided towards a deeper understanding of yourself through the Jungian perspective that creativity and imagination are inherent in all individuals and serve as a pathway to uncovering one’s unique gifts, increasing neuroplasticity, promoting agency, building resilience and living more fully. It will look at where we may experience blocks to creativity and imagination as well as how fostering curiosity, play and receptivity can help us overcome them.
