How do we keep going? I guess it's because that 'story stored in the bones' ~ perhaps even from before we were born ~ keeps urging us to give birth to ourselves all entangled in it...

I love this reminder that I can never 'ace' this. The process is always going to break me down, no matter how far I get in becoming more myself. Useful to remember it's not because I'm _doing it wrong_ but because this is what living, being, more fully, entails. Thanks Rachel x
